What institutions said about digital assets, and whether markets reacted.
A verified record of what regulators, central banks and major institutions say about digital assets, and a measured record of whether markets reacted. Both are evidence. Neither is a prediction.
Request a walkthroughThe record
Statements and actions on digital assets from regulators, central banks, governments and systemically significant institutions, held verbatim or as a described action. Every record links to its primary source: a gazette, circular, filing, speech or official post. Each is fingerprinted when filed, and corrections and withdrawals are published with their reasons.
The reaction
Where a statement’s first public minute can be established, the market’s first minute is measured against ordinary days at the same minute: price, price against a benchmark asset, and futures volume. The method is fixed in advance and null results are published. Scheduled central-bank decisions are measured the same way, as a control.
The disclosures
Figures issuers publish themselves, filed with the report each comes from: stablecoin circulation and reserves, bitcoin ETF holdings, tokenised funds and gold tokens. A token’s supply is read from its contract on-chain against the issuer’s attestation, and a regime’s reporting duties are set against what issuers actually publish.
- Compliance and legal teams establishing exactly what a regulator said, when, and where the primary text lives.
- Policy researchers and regulators comparing positions across jurisdictions.
- Journalists who need a citable quote with its source, not a screenshot.
- No forecasts, trading signals or price predictions.
- No compliance verdicts. It records what a regulator said, not whether a firm complies.
- No unsourced figures. Aggregator totals are never presented as primary.
Every claim is held to one test: can a stranger check it in under a minute? If not, it waits.
